Still Time To Join LFPD Baseball Clinic
An invite from the Lake Forest Police Department:
The Lake Forest Police Department still has available spots for its 13th annual Baseball Clinic on Sunday, Feb. 12 at the Walter Payton Center, Halas Hall, 1930 Football Drive, Lake Forest, home of the Chicago Bears.
The clinic, known as “Spring Training” for kids to practice for the upcoming season, is one of the largest free baseball clinics in the country. Participants must be in grades 2-8 and residents of Lake Forest, Lake Bluff, Knollwood, or have a parent employed by the City of Lake Forest. All participants will receive a 2012 LFPD Baseball Clinic t-shirt.
The times are: 5th-8th grade 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
2nd -4th grade 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Coaches for the clinic are volunteers from the Lake Forest Police Department, Lake Forest High School Baseball Teams, BatSpeed Academy in Gurnee and the Lake Forest/Lake Bluff communities.

Registration forms accepted at the Lake Forest Police Station only. The limit for each session is 125 kids.
Deadline for registration is Monday, January 30, 2012
