The Lake County Property Investors Association is hosting its annual Property Investor Expo on Saturday, Oct. 13., from 12 to  3 p.m. The focus is on purchasing short sales and foreclosures. The event takes place at the Gurnee American Legion, 749 Milwaukee Avenue, Gurnee.

The event will feature Bill Twyford, co-founder of Investors Edge University and real estate investor for the past 15 years. He recently co-authored “How to Sell Your House When it is Worth Less Than the Mortgage.”
