The ghosts and ghouls and even a human-size chicken were out in full force in the Haunted Forest at Lake Bluff’s Pumpkin Fest on Friday, Oct. 12, and Cyn Sansing Mycoskie ventured deep into the woods to capture it all on film. Stacey Salanty and Kristina Mills co-chaired Pumpkin Fest, and Jim and Sue Wicks created the Haunted Forest and stocked it with several dads dressed as zombies, mummies and other scary spooks. It’s hard to tell who had more fun and frights–the kids or the grownups!
