TRIATHLON
A training program for women seeking to try the triathlon exerience is underway at the Lake Forest Heath & Fitness Center, 1200 N. Moreland. The program is designed to have participants ready for the Iron Girl Racine event scheduled for Sunday, July 31.
This triathlon will kick off from North Beach Park, Racine WI at 7 am on July 31 and will include a 400m swim, a 22k bike ride, and a 5k run.
The training program offers the option of two twice-weekly session series, Tuesday and Saturday or Monday and Saturday. The weekday training is from 6:30 am to 8:30 am and the Saturday session is from 6:15 am to 8:15 am.

Activator Shop Rides
THURSDAYS – 2 hour River Trail ride. Leaves Lake Bluff shop at 6:00 pm.
SUNDAYS – Misson rides.. All terrain rides of about 3 hours.

SUNDAY, JUNE 12. 30th Annual RAMBLE
A recreational ride with a choice of 30, 50, 70, or 100 mile routes. Riders of all capabilities are encouraged to join the ride to enjoy scenery, good food, and fellowship.
The RAMBLE begins at the Kenosha County Fairgrounds in Wilmot WI and follows rural roads in the inland lakes area of northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin. Terrain is flat to rolling, but for fun routes include some rollercoaster hills and a challenging climb or two
REGULAR CLUB RIDES – scheduled most Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

MEN’S CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP (match play) – Qualifying June 29, July 1, 2, 3. First match must be played on or before July 17, 2nd match on or before August 7, final match on or before August 21.
LADIES’ CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP (match play) – Qualifying July 12, 13, 14, 17. First match must be played or or befoe August 7, 2nd match on or before August 28, final match on or before September 11.
JUNIOR CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP (36-hole medal play) – 18 holes will be played Monday, July 18. Twelve low players will play 18 holes July 19. Open to all junior seasonal members.

MAIN CLUB RUN – Saturday, 8:00 am. 6.24 miles. Start at the east Lake Forest Metra train station year-round, regardless of weather. Route includes lakefront stretch.
CLUB RUNS – Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays.
